Chrome uniform coating is a hard surface photomask material, also known as a photomask base plate. Chrome uniform coating is made by depositing a thin film of chromium oxide-chromium nitride-chromium oxide on a highly clean base plate using direct current magnetron sputtering technology. A layer of photoresist is then applied using uniform coating techniques to create the material. It serves as the photosensitive material for micro-fine processing photomask plates. Main applications include:
